My goal is always to provide smart solutions for my clients. This requires me to balance your interests with the financial realities of the action you want to take. I will work with you to make smart decisions.
To begin the process of any family law matter, a retainer is required. The retainer is a cash payment held in trust and used to pay any associated fees and my billed time. You will always receive a monthly report of the time billed and the balance of your retainer. During our initial consultation, we will discuss the amount of the retainer based on the complexity of your matter.
A retainer is not required for estate planning and business counsel, but we will discuss potential costs prior to work commencing.
